Meeting up with Smiley the bear.
WHISTLER

“...throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” —Mark Twain
ALTA LAKE

Thirty degrees, kickin’ back listening to the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.
WHISTLER OLYMPIC PLAZA

And again. Day two.
WHISTLER OLYMPIC PLAZA

Best way to beat the heat.
WHISTLER MOUNTAIN

Jumping for joy is good exercise.
HALF NOTE TRAIL, WHISTLER

It’s an extremely Canadian, Bacon Maple Cream Donut kinda d’eh because life’s too short to exist on quinoa and kale alone.
PORTOBELLO MARKET, FAIRMONT CHATEAU WHISTLER

A sunny lawn, a game of croquet, live music, “Loosey Goosey” cocktails, complementary appies make for the perfect afternoon.
FAIRMONT CHATEAU WHISTLER

Sandi’s AGM (Annual General Meeting) of the AGM (Amazing Gala of Merrymaking) of the AGM (Awesome Gal’s Movement).
DUNDARAVE BEACH, WEST VANCOUVER

“The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust...” Psalm 18:2
HIGH NOTE TRAIL, WHISTLER

Fairway to heaven. Golf, fish tacos, blue cheese burgers and grapefruit ale. Our happy place.
THE MEADOWS GOLF COURSE, PEMBERTON

Did you know the letter X is the first letter of the Greek name for Christ and is a shorthand symbol for the name of Christ (as in “Xmas”)? God communicates to us through His creation and His presence is all around us if we take notice. Thanks to Mr. J in the backyard for the reminder.

“In the Mood” and swinging with 97-year-young super-senior Dal Richards and his Orchestra.
WHISTLER OLYMPIC PLAZA

Celebrating moments of love. The best gifts come from the heart.

ANCIENT CEDARS TRAIL, WHISTLER

Romantic dinner dates.

Sharing the trail with Amy and her cubs.
WHISTLER

Pretty sure Sandi’s (88-year-old) Papaw couldn’t be any cuter. He inspires us to keep going, no matter how hard trials in life are. Just get up, tie your shoes, put on your comfiest clothes, play your accordion, and sing away your troubles.
KELOWNA

For one minute, walk outside, stand there in silence, look up at the sky and really think about how amazing life is. May we be consumed with the Creator of all things rather than with things created and may we take a break and balance just a little longer on a floating log.
LOST LAKE

Just standing here on the corner of awesome and bomb diggity.
JOFFRE LAKES

“I just need to find something in myself, you know? I think the trail was good for that. I mean, look... this has the power to fill you back up again, if you’ll let it. There is a sunrise and a sunset every day and you can choose to be there for it. You can put yourself in the way of beauty.”
- Cheryl Strayed, Wild
JOFFRE LAKES

More days like this please.

We’re here for a good time not a long time air jamming with Trooper, one of the best Canadian bands ever-r-r.
WHISTLER OLYMPIC PLAZA

Ra McGuire of Trooper, still rocking it with his band after forty years.

Welcoming Fall.
